Emirates celebrates 25 years of operations in Malta

In a media event held at the Phoenicia Hotel which saw some of Malta’s top brass in the tourism and aviation industry convene at the Floriana based hotel, Emirates celebrated in style its 25-year anniversary.

MAviO News was present for the event and took time to discuss some burning issues with Senior Vice President for Europe Thierry Aucoc and Emirates Country Manager Paul Fleri Soler. With Saudi Arabia determined to become a powerhouse in the Middle East and going head-to-head with Emirates, what Thierry Aucoc had to say is likely to be the raison d’etre of the Dubai based mega-carrier.
