One of our roving correspondents caught this lovely pair of Kuwait Air Force C-130 Hercules as they routed back to Kuwait from Tunis-Carthage. Interestingly a C-17 which also formed part of the squadron did not stop in Malta and continued direct to its destination. This is not the first time that the Kuwait Air Force has chosen Malta as its preferred place for a technical stop. The aircraft arrived on the 7th of January and left on the 8th. Another recent visitor was a DHC8-300 of the Icelandic Coastguard. The aircraft is receiving attention at the Medavia facilities located within the Safi Aviation Park.
